Claudia Cormier is a native Nevadan with more than 20
years experience in senior level business positions
and legal practice. Her practice has centered on corporate
and administrative law, with emphasis on casino gaming
and gaming device manufacturer and distributor operations,
business contracts, commercial leases, finance, dispute
resolution, and government relations. She has designed
and implemented regulatory compliance programs in the
gaming industry and for a telecommunications company
and has administered political action committees.

and Vice President-Government Affairs of Hilton Hotels
Corporation
- Appointed by Governor to cabinet position of Director
of Nevada Department of Business & Industry and
received Governor's Commendation for Leadership
- Served as Senior Vice President and Director of
Compliance for a gaming equipment manufacturer/distributor
licensed in more than 20 jurisdictions, and Chaired
the company's Compliance Committee.
- Served as Chief Operating Officer and legal counsel
for a dot-com company
- Served as Executive Vice President-Compliance for
a telecommunications company and managed quality control
