Timothy R. O'Reilly is an associate in the Litigation Department, practicing primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including personal injury, business disputes, nursing home and elder abuse, products liability, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining O'Reilly Law Group, Mr. O'Reilly was employed by the Waller Law Group, LLC. Prior to that, he worked for the Clark County District Attorney Criminal Appeals Division where he provided responsive briefs pertaining to pending criminal appeals to Clark County District Court, Nevada Supreme Court, and United States Supreme Court.
